The great pacific garbage patch is a large group of plastics and other material floating in the middle of the pacific ocean.
Process Sketches
After researching and compiling the data from various sources. I began to visualize the data in various ways in a collection of sketches.
These sketches led to my final solution that focuses on the materials found within the GPGP and their origin.

I separated the data by separating into four main parts to visualize types of material found, their weight, countries of origins as well as the countries that produce the most garbage globally.
